Shop handmade this christmas

By Rachel from Eliston Button
We have reached the time of year when we are decorating and preparing and, yes shopping. Many of our students and staff, past and present, are working hard to create jewellery and gifts for sale over this festive season and we would like to urge you to support them and other makers. It means so much to get sales, whether at craft fairs or online. It means we have money to pay ourselves and reinvest in our businesses. It means that what we are making is valued by someone else.
Here are just a few of our past and present students who are selling their beautiful jewellery. Do have a look at their shops and remember to support designer makers, shop at craft fairs and markets and shop locally where you can.
Let’s support each other.
