Let's Make Some Beautiful Sea Glass Jewellery Together! 

Whether you love searching the beach to find the perfect pieces of sea glass or perhaps you love scrolling through the various places to buy sea glass online, either way, turning these little pieces of the ocean into stunning jewellery is a hugely rewarding process. 

Join sea glass jeweller Kelly Twigg in this one day intensive class where you will learn to create a bezel setting for a sea glass piece and if there is time you can also have a go at making a simple claw setting for uniquely shaped sea glass too. 

Anything you don't finish you can always take home to complete after. 

This is an intermediate class and we recommend completing Beginners Silver Jewellery 1,2 & 3 before joining this one if you can. Alternatively you could do Beginners Silver Jewellery 1 and the Soldering Masterclass. 

Techniques covered in this class include: 

• Selecting sea glass to make jewellery from 

• Kelly will demonstrate how to drill sea glass 

• Bezel setting with sea glass 

• Basic claw setting with shaped sea glass 

Plus tons of hints and tips to get you going if you want to continue making sea glass jewellery from home. 

What you need to bring to this class: 

For this class you don't need to bring anything but yourself as everything is provided. If you have sea glass you want to bring please do. Kelly will let you know if it is suitable to use for jewellery making. 

General Info: 

As with all of our classes, all materials are included in the cost of the class as well as plenty of tea, coffee and snacks! The classes are all run by expert tutors with years of professional experience who are friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. The size of the classes is kept small to allow plenty of one-on-one attention and the maximum number of students for this class is 8. 

We take an hour break for lunch and there are plenty of local shops to get food from, or you can always bring a packed lunch to eat in the studio. If you have any questions regarding this, or other courses please don't hesitate to get in touch.
