This course is perfect for you if you’d love to dive deep into the art of making jewellery with silver metal clay. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some experience, this immersive five-day course will fast-track your skills and confidence as you explore one of jewellery making’s most creative materials — guided by an expert tutor.
Over the week, you’ll cover:
Botanical Jewellery – create nature-inspired textures and forms in silver metal clay
Stone Setting with Silver Metal Clay – set sparkling stones securely and beautifully
Adding Gold to Silver Metal Clay – explore techniques for adding gold accents for a luxurious finish
Ring Making (2 days) – design and make a wrap ring, a stone-set ring, and a D-profile ring
Each day is hands-on and packed with projects so you’ll leave with a stunning collection of finished pieces and a solid foundation in silver metal clay techniques.
Classes run from 10am–5pm for five consecutive days in our Brighton studio. All materials and tools are provided — plus plenty of tea, coffee and snacks to keep you fuelled for creativity!
Our classes are small (maximum 8 students), ensuring plenty of personal guidance and one-to-one time with your tutor. You’ll be amazed at what you can achieve in just five days.
At the end of the course, you’ll receive a certificate of completion to celebrate your new skills.
